Kestrel Private is a private-client advisory. The website provides general information and a strategy assessment to help you understand residence and citizenship-by-investment options. It is not legal, tax, immigration or financial advice, and using it does not create a lawyer–client or adviser–client relationship. A formal engagement is established only by a written agreement.

No guaranteed outcomes

Every programme is subject to government discretion, due diligence and source-of-funds review. We do not and cannot guarantee approval, processing times, or any particular result. All figures, thresholds, timelines and eligibility criteria shown are indicative and verified to official sources as at the date stated; programme rules change, and final positions are confirmed in writing by licensed professionals in the relevant jurisdiction.

Coordination of counsel

Regulated legal, tax and immigration work is performed by admitted local counsel and licensed professionals whom we coordinate; Kestrel does not itself perform regulated legal acts.

Intellectual property

The content, design and compiled materials on this site are owned by or licensed to Kestrel Private and may not be copied or reproduced without permission. Official legal documents referenced in our library remain the property of, and authoritative only as published by, the issuing authorities.

Acceptable use
