Andrew J. Taylor
After more than fifteen years working across residence, citizenship and international real estate, Andrew founded Kestrel Private to give private families direct access to experienced, discreet and carefully considered cross-border planning.

A career at the centre of cross-border residence.
Andrew J. Taylor has spent over fifteen years at the centre of cross-border residence, citizenship and real estate. He was Vice Chairman of Henley & Partners — responsible for strategy, technology, real estate, African market entry and international expansion across 30+ countries, 20+ offices and 200+ staff, sitting on the boards of ten group companies in eight countries. As Managing Partner of Henley Estates he secured over €100m in client investment across citizenship-, residence- and real-estate programmes, and co-edited the International Real Estate Handbook. For roughly a decade he worked inside government-facing residence- and citizenship-by-investment programmes connected to Caribbean, Cypriot and Maltese authorities, where sovereign trust, due diligence and discretion decide everything. A Canadian-born dual Canadian–British national resident in South Africa, he now leads Kestrel Private — bringing that experience directly to private families.
Kestrel Private coordinates each engagement and facilitates applications through admitted local legal, tax and immigration counsel in every jurisdiction. It is an advisory firm, not a law firm, and does not itself provide regulated legal services.
